6 month update

Well, as usual we are super bad at keeping up the blog!!! The boys are now 6 months old, and getting so big, and learning so much! We have their 6 month check-up in a few days and will post their stats then.

The boys eat their first veggies!!! They have been eating rice and oatmeal for a while, but started on their veggies in the middle of March.

Skyler is doing so well!! He is getting so big. He is sitting up by himself, but eventually he doubles over on to his belly, or falls onto his side. He loves to get kisses and laughs and smiles a lot. He gets rosy red cheeks sometimes! He rolls over from back to belly, and belly to back. He is drinking out of a sippy cup sometimes when he gets juice or water. His hair is finally starting to come back in, after he lost it and looked..... odd for a while. It is coming in a bit lighter, but is still darker than Connors. Skyler is such a HAPPY little baby and can entertain him self for hours with his own feet, and the sound of his own voice.

Connor is still a little smaller than Skyler... well, a lot smaller! He loves to roll onto his belly, and is rarely seen on his back, even in his sleep. He sleeps on his belly almost in the fetal position. He has started to scoot on his belly. He is in to everything around him. He likes to sit and observe everything, and then touch it all, and put it in his mouth! We really have to watch what we put around him. He likes to smile but is not as audible as Skyler. He absolutely LOVES his jumper thing that hangs from the doorway, and jumps and jumps!! It is quite entertaining to watch.

Papa Craigory and Grandma Teresa came to visit. The kids had super fun showing off for them.







Craig, Cassie and David all ran the Spectrum 10K (6.2 miles)

We went down to Las Vegas for Easter and had SUPER fun. We had an egg hunt, and the cousins played around with these funny balloons later.

Most of the cousins are here. Going clockwise Kale, Toby, Connor, Matt, Aiden, Skyler and Zach.

This is Connor and Skyler with their cousin, Aiden, that is 1 month younger. Some people think that Skyler and Aiden look more alike that Skyler and Connor... I guess it is the "Wood" gene, and they do share the same middle name!

And what would Easter be without a visit from the Easter Bunny who brought the boys new sippy cups and clothes, daddy a shirt that says "Adorkable" and mommy some new shoes.

5 months old

The boys are 5 months old now and doing GREAT. Connor loves to roll over and over and over. It seems within seconds of laying him down on back he right over on his belly. Skyler is a little chunk!!! He is about 2-3 pounds heavier than Connor. he doesn't roll, but he LOVES to laugh. He loves getting kisses.


We are very much enjoying our new house. This is our back yard, and those are Bryan's feet! We are enjoying the more space. For those of you who don't know, Bryan is David's brother who is currently living with us.


Craig and David did a 5 mile run, their Dunder Miflin shirts got lots of attention. Next up a 10K. Cassie Craig and David will be doing it. (for those who don't know, Craig is David's dad)

An Update

So it has been a while for an update, and we really just want to get some pictures on here so people can see how the boys have grown. The boys are now 4 months old. Skyler loves to smile and laugh, and has started to roll over and reach for things. He weighed in at a whopping 16 lbs 9 oz at his four month check-up, and 25.5 inches. Connor has been rolling over, and reaching for things. He smiles as well, but doesn't laugh like Skyler. Connor was 15 lbs and 25.5 inches. We took the boys to the pool and they LOVED it, so we are going to try to get them doing that more. What can we say, we have the two cutest boys EVER!!! Well, we think so at least.

Thing 1 and Thing 2!!! I think these are the cutest onsies we got as a gift from my friend Lindsay. Too bad they grew out of them. I will have to find out where she got them ;)

The boys are ready for Church

Craig runs the half marathon and Cassie runs the 5K, while David and Bryan sleep at home. Just kidding, they were watching the boys! Jan. 2008

The 2 month check up!!!!!

We are the Fife twins, and we are 2 months old now. We can’t believe it has been 2 months since we were born, but here we are, healthy and ready for the world. We had our 2 month check up today, and went to see our cool doctor.


I am Connor David Fife. My first name, Connor, is my Grandma Teresa’s maiden name, and my middle name is after my AWESOME dad. I like to make lots of funny faces. My mom says I have a duck face that I make and that I get it from my dad. People say that I look like my Papa Craigory. Grandma Carma was the first to make that observation. I have blond hair, as of right now it appears I have beautiful blue eyes, and long black eyelashes. Mom says I started smiling when I was about 6 weeks old. Just little smiles though, but now I love to smile when I have a full tummy. I love to look at people, and at my surroundings. I also like to cuddle. I have a couple nicknames, they are…Con Man, Yoda, Thing 1, Baby A, Tri-Pod and Lefty. Lefty is a secret name that my doctor gave me today that only him and my parents know the meaning of. At my appointment today I got weighed and measured, and some shots. They hurt, I am not going to lie, and I cried, but I took it like a champ. I weigh 11 lbs 11 oz. I am 23 ¼ inches, and my head is 39 cm.




I am Skyler LaGrand Fife. My mom picked my first name because she has always liked the name, and LaGrand is my Great Grandpa. Around Thanksgiving time I started to smile a lot. Grandma Carma was the first to get big smiles out of me, and then Grandma Teresa got even more out of me over Thanksgiving. I love to be held a lot, but when I am not held, I have a stuffed elephant I like to cuddle with. Dad says I hold my head up well, and like to look around. I have brown hair, and I think blue eyes, and long eyelashes. Most people say that I look like my mom’s side of the family, and some say I look like my dad’s. Surprisingly, I don’t look much like my twin brother. To keep things simple, mom dresses me and blue, and gives me anything that is blue. She did this to help other people tell the difference between my brother and me. Why me you ask…. Easy, my name is Skyler, the sky is blue…thus, I get everything blue, Connor gets the leftovers. I have some nick names that people call me, they are… Sky Man, Sprite, Thing 2, and Baby B. We went to the doctor today, and mom was quite disappointed that I did not pee on the doctor like I did last time. I was a bit ornery for my check up, and the doctor said I was colicky. I also have a bit of trouble with my breathing so I have to go to an ENT later this month to get checked out. I weigh 12 lbs 4 oz, and am 22 ½ inches and my head is 40 cm.
