Cassie Looks Good!!!!

Well, today was my final ultrasound, and everything is looking good.  Both the boys are head down, which is a good thing.  They are both measuring right at 36 weeks, which is right on, I am also 36 weeks.... though my belly measures 39.

Right now I have a tentative induction date of October 1st.  I have 2 doctors appointments this week to find if it is still a go.  With twins all my ducks must be in a row, and the stars must be alligned.  So we will see if it will be Oct. 1st or if we will have to wait one more week.

The boys like to move a lot in my belly.  Sometimes I like to just sit and watch my belly roll over and over.  Both of thier feet are in the same spot, and they already like to kick eachother.  I wish I could video tape them so you could all see, but my belly is not the most attractive thing in the world right now.

Well, feel free to check back and see when we might be expecting our little boys.  Who know, they may have already come unexpectedly!

Da Boys!!!!

Here are the boys!!! They are still doing great. The kids are moving around in Cassie like crazy. It's like they are jalapenos in a chicken or a peach in a Lima bean. It is crazy how they are moving. There heads are still down so Cassie still has a good chance of squirting the two kids out. I don't know if they will come out at the same time or if they will come out separately. I just know they are excited to see their Papa. If they come out at the same time that would be pretty cool. There is a first for everything. We are trying to get the house already for these two kids.
Oh yeah did I mention we are having twins!!!!!!!

I took a bath today and I thought to myself we are cool because we are having twins and no one
else has had twins yet in the whole entire world. Oh yeah I saw my mother-in-law today. She gave us some great stuff. Her name is Carma and if you ever need some Carma just ask her for  some. I had the day off today and did absolutely nothing. That is us men for ya!!!!!!!!!

Well have a great day and I would recommend to make some brownies and have them with ice cream tonight. Maybe use a Lil hot fudge. It is good!!!!!!!! They are like a TV on a stand. They just go together.

2007 Trails River Run Half Marathon

Well my father and I ran a half marathon and sad to say he did beat me. He did great and got 1st in his division. I got 7th in my division. It was a tough race with an ending hill that I had to walk for about 20 yards. My nipples after the race also hurt from the friction of my shirt. I started out the race slow because I have not been training and if I started out too fast I would have killed myself. I had a good pace and could have continued running. My father blew past me at the beginning leaving me in the dust. I think I last saw him at 2 miles.

My goal now is to run the St. George Marathon in 3 hours and 30 minutes. I will have to train hard this month, but I can do it. I think my father has the same goal and I think we can oth do it. He has the best chance because he has been training a little harder than me.

Oh yeah Cassie is doing great and we should have an updated pregnant picture of her on soon.

There are more pictures below, we did sweat a lot. It was very humid. It rained the whole drive to the race and poured on us as we went to the bus. We both did not know why we wanted to do this race, but when we crossed the finsh line we knew why? To look at the girl runners. Oh no wait it was to see my wife smiling and cheering me on at the finish line.

Who will finish first in the St. George Marathon? My dad or me? Let me know, give me some motivation.
